ARES-220AI Jetson Orin NX 16GB Factory BSP Required
I urgently need the official factory BSP and recovery image for my AAEON ARES-220AI (P/N: RC-S-ARES-220AI-NX-CSC02), equipped with a Jetson Orin NX 16GB module and originally shipped with JetPack 5.1.2-SDK.
The original NVMe SSD has been replaced, and the device is currently unable to boot.
The Jetson is detected successfully in Force Recovery Mode (0955:7323), but flashing with the generic NVIDIA JetPack 5.1.6 BSP fails during recovery boot.
I have already contacted AAEON support and was referred to AAEON China, but I have not yet received the required BSP.
Could the engineering team please provide the official ARES-220AI BSP, factory image, and NVMe flashing instructions, or direct me to the responsible engineer?
This is urgently needed to restore an industrial computer vision project.

As the ARES-220AI is a China-market product, technical support is handled by AAEON China.
I checked with their team and confirmed that they received your email last week. Your request has been forwarded to the relevant colleague, who has been asked to respond to you as soon as possible.
